What my customers are saying
What my customers are saying
We have used Violet Education for a number of training sessions. They are always clear, concise and thorough. Amanda is very knowledgeable but also very approachable. She supports staff on the training well and is able to answer questions to help staff in all aspects of teaching and learning. I would highly recommend her and would use the company again.
Deputy Headteacher, Ridgeway Primary School, Staffordshire
Following our Ofsted Inspection, my confidence in what we were doing was very low. Amanda came in with lots of positivity and ideas and supported me to address the Ofsted findings. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and that positivity is infectious.
EYFS Lead in a Staffordshire Primary School
Amanda tailored phonics training towards the needs our children. She delivered the training as a whole school staff meeting and therefore, catered for everyone from Early Years to Year 6. The impact has already been evident in classrooms as children who did not pass the phonics screening in year 1 are now receiving effective phonics interventions delivered by staff who attended the training.
