EYFS audit
During this visit I:

Observe provision and the quality of the learning environment.

Review of EY action plan.

Review EYFS curriculum, planning and assessment.

Discuss staff supervisions and CPD.

Provide a report including identified next steps.
Reading audit
During this visit I:
-
Observe phonic and reading across EYFS and KS1.

Listen to several low-attaining pupils in Years 1 to 3 read from unseen books appropriate to their stage of progress.

Look at the school policies for phonics and reading.

Investigate how children are supported in KS2 with phonics.

Look at phonics assessment including phonics screening check.

Provide a report following this with detail and recommendations.
Assessment validation visits
As you are aware it is the school's responsibility to ensure that all end of year judgements are accurate and have been monitored. As an experienced moderator for both EYFS and KS1, I am offering a support visit to validate judgements. This will involve a professional dialogue and review of data and evidence. I will provide a report at the end of the visit which will identify where judgements have been validated and any next steps needed.
EYFS lead support
During this visit I work with new EYFS leads to support action planning and develop leadership skills.
